We all want clear, pimple-free skin. Unfortunately, not all of us were blessed to have the model- look beautiful skin that we always wanted. Alot of us are always bombarded with those various skin ailments and we are always hurrying to our drugstores to buy the latest phenominal medicine for that naturally stunning skin.

Did you know that the skin is the largest organ in your body? Covering you from top to bottom, the skin is one of the crucial parts of the human body's immune system. Remember that spotless and healthy skin means a healthy body and a delighted you.

Clean your face twice a day (thrice at most) with natural and unperfumed cleanser. Avoid using soaps as they contain harsh chemicals and ingredients that can harm your skin.

Alpha or Beta Hydroxy Acids (AHA or BHA) work by keeping the skin exfoliated. Glycolic acid, the most recognized of the group is a valuable adjuvant therapy for mild acne. Mandelic acid, a less recognized one, but one that combines the keratolytic properties of glycolic acid with natural antibacterial properties that help lessen the incidence of P. acnes, may be deemed to be a more effective alpha hydroxy acid in treating blemishes. It is also much less irritating than glycolic acid, a concern that may be very significant to those with sensitive skin who can't use other treatments such as. It is effective in treating mild cases of acne on its own, and can be used successfully with other remedies on moderate acne.
